Patient and Caregiver
Our innovative healthcare technology solutions promote better care and quality of life for patients with chronic diseases. Our leading product is the E100, a single-lead ECG heart monitor targeted at patients with early stage arrhythmia. Its portable size and user-friendly interface is specially designed for home and mobile use by allowing patients to effortlessly record their own ECGs at any time or location.
Our devices adopt a “plug and play” approach to quickly and accurately capture the patient’s data, thus empowering even non-medically trained users to administer quality self care measures. When patients experience symptoms of arrhythmia, they can immediately employ the E100 to record an ECG reading. They can then make use of the supporting PC or mobile applications to seamlessly upload the data to our cloud-based platform for review by their healthcare provider. There is minimal manual involvement on the part of the user, which reduces the risk of errors and preserves the accuracy of the data.
The timely and accurate uploading of patient data helps physicians in the early detection of abnormalities or complications, thus reducing the risks borne by patients. Our cloud-based platform also includes a communication tool to facilitate interaction between the physician and the patient via SMS and email. Patients can thus enjoy ease of mind with the assurance of round-the-clock care and protection regardless of the time or location.
Using our solutions, patients will be able to maintain accurate and updated personal health records in a secured cloud-based environment. Healthcare providers gain easy and convenient access to their patients’ past and current records, thus ensuring that they are always kept updated about their patients’ conditions. This also facilitates trend monitoring of the patients’ conditions, and encourages them to make the necessary lifestyle adjustments for better living.
Key Benefits of the E100 System:
- Portable and user-friendly device for convenient mobile monitoring
- PC and smartphone applications for effortless uploading of ECG data
- Cloud-based platform for healthcare providers to gain easy remote access to patients' records

What is Arrhythmia?
The heart is a muscle that works like a pump. In normal circumstances, the heart beats at a regular pace when electrical impulses are sent from the heart's "natural pacemaker" in a standard sequence. A regular heart rate ranges from 60 to 100 beats per minute. Arrhythmia occurs when there is a deviation from the standard sequence, resulting in abnormal heart rhythms as the heart pumps less effectively.
Arrhythmia generally occurs infrequently and is often a transient phenomenon. It may be brought about by other pre-existing conditions such as coronary artery disease, high blood pressure, diabetes or obesity, and may also result from the excessive consumption of alcohol, caffeine or nicotine. Arrhythmia may also develop as a side effect following the consumption of certain drugs or medication.
Arrhythmia is marked by one or more of the following symptoms:
- Chest discomfort / pressure / pain (angina)
- Shortness of breath
- Fainting (syncope)
- Light-headedness or dizziness
- Heart palpitations
- General weakness
- Fatigue during exercise
Patients who suffer from arrhythmia are exposed to risks such as heart failure and chronic fatigue. In addition, a specific form of arrhythmia known as atrial fibrillation involves a high risk of stroke.
