Management Team

Mr. Tan Kae Yuan, Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Tan is the Co-founder and CEO of REKA Health. Before founding REKA Health, Mr. Tan headed a successful product development company based in Singapore, garnering extensive experience in product portfolio management and product positioning. The company was responsible for managing many projects across diverse industries, serving prominent multi-national clients such as Hewlett-Packard, Siemens, Wincor Nixdorf, Infineon, Clarion and Olympus. Mr. Tan also previously served as a product engineer with Motorola and Identive (formerly SCM Microsystems), taking charge of large-scale product development projects and launches during his time there.

In the course of his career, Mr. Tan has consistently demonstrated the ability to put in place systems and processes to develop world-class products that satisfy the needs of customers. His key expertise lies in his ability to not only design and develop innovative and user-centered products, but also to successfully bring them to market in a profitable manner. Mr. Tan is also the inventor of multiple patents and is well versed in key product development and technology methodologies.

Mr. Tan holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Hon) degree from University of Technology, Malaysia.


Mr. Tan Chiah Ting, Group Operations Director

Mr. Tan has served in project manager roles in multi-national firms across various industries, managing numerous product development projects and launches throughout his career. As a Project Manager at Sony Ericsson Mobile Communications, he ensured the success of product launches in the Asia-Pacific region, covering key markets such as India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, Thailand, Malaysia and Singapore. Mr. Tan later joined Olympus Technologies Singapore, amassing substantial experience in the design, development, and manufacturing of electronic products and medical devices.

As Project Manager, he was responsible for ensuring the successful completion of key product development projects, and oversaw the entire product development cycle from product design to testing, qualification, and production. Some of these projects included the design and development of an industrial PDA used by hospitals for patient monitoring, as well as the development of an image recording device used by doctors for the diagnosis of small intestinal disease. Most recently, Mr. Tan served as Project Manager in Rockwell Automation, leading cross-functional teams to manage the development of the company’s automation control products.
Kenneth Law

Mr. Kenneth Law, Chief Finance Officer

Mr. Law began his career in a professional service firm in London before joining a Big 4 accounting firm providing assurance services to public listed companies and multinational clients in various industries including healthcare, manufacturing, property development and banking. He was also involved in corporate exercises in relation to fund raising during his assurance tenure. Kenneth had a stint in an SME company and was involved in marketing strategy and reshaping of internal controls and processes.

Mr. Law holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Economics from the London School of Economics and Political Science and is an associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.

Mr. Frank Raymakers, Director of Sales, Europe

Mr. Raymakers has over 30 years of experience in sales and marketing, with the bulk of them specializing in the medical device industry. Throughout his career, Mr. Raymakers has consistently delivered results in managing sales and distribution networks for medical devices and systems, which encompassed the ambulatory, hospital, and home-care markets. Previously, as the Sales Director at Envitec (now part of Honeywell), Mr. Raymakers took charge of expanding the markets in Europe and the Middle East. While at Envitec, he successfully increased sales under his charge by ten-fold and played a major role in the growth of the company, which in turn led to the acquisition of the company by Honeywell in 2007.


Mr. Raymakers went on to serve as the Sales Director for MedX Healthcare, and subsequently Medical Marketing Berlin (MMB). During his time with these two companies, Mr. Raymakers successfully established extensive sales and distribution networks for his companies’ products in the European market, while effectively managing relationships with stakeholders in the industry, such as doctors, distributors, and pharmaceutical companies.
