Mr. Andy Lim, Chairman

Mr. Lim is the founder and Chairman of Tembusu Partners Ptd Ltd, a Singapore-based private equity fund manager specializing in growth capital, with over $300 million of assets under management. Tembusu invests in Asian-based growth companies, like Reka Health, and helps its portfolio companies scale up in all business functions with the intention to list its investee companies within three to five years from the initial investment. Mr. Lim is also the Chairman of Tembusu Growth Fund II Ltd, a Pan-Asian private equity growth capital fund that focuses on investing into growth companies belonging to core industry sectors.

His other Board appointments include Chairman of the Overseas Experts Council (Singapore Branch) of Peking University’s China Centre for Strategic Studies, President of the Enterprise 50 Association, a leading association of the top 50 privately held companies in Singapore and a member of the Home Affairs Uniformed Service (HUS) INVEST Board of Trustee. He was the Chairman of Alpha Singapore (2002 – 2013), Council Member of the National Council for Anti-Drug Abuse (NCADA) (2005 – 2011) and as Chairman of government cooperative for ex-offenders, ISCOS (2006 – 2011). In September 2004, Mr Lim was appointed Honorary Consul to the Republic of Lithuania. The Shanghai-Pudong Branch of the China Overseas Friendship Association also appointed him as one of its Council members in May 2005.

Mr Lim took an Overseas Merit Scholarship to study Engineering in Cambridge University where he graduated with First Class Honors in 1979. After an 8 year stint with the Singapore government, he went on to receive an MBA Degree at University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA) in 1989.



Mr. Tan Kae Yuan, Executive Director

Mr. Tan is the Co-founder and CEO of REKA Health. Before founding REKA Health, Mr. Tan headed a successful product development company based in Singapore, garnering extensive experience in product portfolio management and product positioning. The company was responsible for managing many projects across diverse industries, serving prominent multi-national clients such as Hewlett-Packard, Siemens, Wincor Nixdorf, Infineon, Clarion and Olympus. Mr. Tan also previously served as a product engineer with Motorola and Identive (formerly SCM Microsystems), taking charge of large-scale product development projects and launches during his time there.

In the course of his career, Mr. Tan has consistently demonstrated the ability to put in place systems and processes to develop world-class products that satisfy the needs of customers. His key expertise lies in his ability to not only design and develop innovative and user-centered products, but also to successfully bring them to market in a profitable manner. Mr. Tan is also the inventor of multiple patents and is well versed in key product development and technology methodologies. 

Mr. Tan holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Hon) degree from University of Technology, Malaysia.



Ms. Belle Lu, Non-Executive

Ms. Lu is the Co-founder of REKA Health. Prior to REKA Health, Ms. Lu has held directorships in several other companies. Ms. Lu comes from a strong family background of entrepreneurship and has amassed more than 27 years of experience in business management. In her various business ventures, she has demonstrated keen business acumen and a strong ability to bring companies to profitability, as well as lead them to successful exits. During her time as regional manager at global companies such as International Paint, part of AkzoNoble, and Ford Motor Company, Ms. Lu took charge of sales and business development. 

She successfully expanded the companies’ market share in the Greater China region and was credited with securing many major government and corporate contracts in Taiwan, Hong Kong and China. Ms. Lu also currently serves as a Council Member for the Taiwan Business Association. 

Ms Lu holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Banking and Insurance from Ming Chuan University in Taipei, and an Associate Degree in Computer Science from Morris College in USA.



Dato’ Wei Chuan Beng, Non-Executive

Dato' Wei is the Group Managing Director of REDtone International, a leading alternative communications and multimedia company in Malaysia and the first in its industry to be listed on the MESDAQ market. As one of the founders of the REDtone Group, Dato' Wei is instrumental in spearheading the Group’s growth by taking charge of the management of the Group’s overall business and expanding its overseas markets.

Dato' Wei possesses over 20 years of strong expertise in the IT, electronics and telecommunications industries. He is a highly respected authority figure in the ICT industry in Malaysia and has been invited to serve as a member of the National IT Council, chaired by the Prime Minister of Malaysia.

Dato' Wei is also well regarded in the business community, serving as the Integration Chairperson for the Malaysian chapter of the Young Presidents’ Organization, a network of globally established CEOs.

Dato' Wei holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from University of Technology, Malaysia and successfully completed the Entrepreneur Development Program from the renowned MIT Sloan School of Management in 2006.



Mr. Lanson Lim, Executive Director

Mr. Lim's career progression over the last 20 years as an entrepreneur and investor has provided him with the knowledge and experience of starting and growing companies in different stages.

Prior to joining REKA Health, Mr. Lim was the managing director of a private Singapore group with business interest in properties, cold storage, warehousing and logistics, and food distribution throughout Asia Pacific. Over the last 10 years, Mr. Lim has also been syndicating funding and providing corporate, sales and financial advisory to growth and mezzanine stage companies in Asia.

Mr. Lim graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from University of Southern California.
